JOB LOSS

Losing a job is one of the five most stressful life changes you can experience.

It's normal to feel overwhelmed, disoriented or just plain scared on losing a job.

So what can be done?

We may not have the power to change circumstances that lead to job loss but we do have the ability to control the way we respond to the current situation and the decisions we make about our futures.

This website was has resources for individuals who have been laid off. It provides information on where to go to apply for Employment Insurance, training and many other community resources.

Check out the Forest Workers Job Loss Guide.
